tell us about a subculture or community you’re part of and how you got involved
Marvel Comics! And not just the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) – but yes, I still love that too! It really began with my older brother and my cousin who had physical comics that I first noticed when I was 7 years old. Every Thanksgiving when I saw my cousin I would sneak up to his room and read the latest edition – his love was the X-Men and we played all the video games too. I grew up in a small town in New Jersey that had a comic book store on Main Street. After elementary school me and a couple of friends would rollerblade to the store and read the comics for as long as we could before the store owner would kick us out. The holy grail for me was the annual town street fair. At this event the comic book store would have their annual special of 3 comic books for $5. I would basically save all the quarters and dollar bills I had for the year and go on a shopping spree – a 9 year old’s dream.
what’s your superpower?
I have been a metaphysical energy dealer for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a town that lacked diversity, I naturally assumed I was different due to my physical appearance and nothing more. It was when I got to college that I realized this superpower went beyond my the color of my skin. My superpower is my ability to read and transfer/exchange energy. My powers aren’t limited to adults. I am sensitive to the energies of animals and children as well. With humans, I have the ability to read a person's energy while I’m within earshot of their presence and occasionally with just eye contact. I’ve had some people say that my energy can be overpowering or even a little intimidating. Nevertheless, I use my powers for good. Whether it’s to heal, listen, or gain understanding. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to both positive and negative energy. If I encounter negative energy – even in the slightest – I usually gather as much information as I can from that person and remove myself from the situation. Time is too precious.
😈 what’s your toxic trait?
I’m a hopeless romantic who believes in love at first sight. My lack of patience comes from being a witness to the loving relationship my parents have. They got married in their early 20s and raised four really awesome kids. I like to think you can snap your fingers and just have it all. Deep down I know that’s not true but I think subconsciously there is a part of me that believes the girl and this perfect relationship will just fall into place in a blink of an eye. I am ready and able to do the work that’s involved in creating a loving, lasting relationship. I just wish my parents didn’t make it look so easy.

My openness to trying new things, my disarming smile, my vulnerability, and my innate thirst for adventure and wanderlust.
🔎 who are you looking for?
I am looking for a woman who is emotionally available and intellectually curious. Someone who believes in an active lifestyle and who is more than willing to get out of their comfort zone. Not being a shy dancer is also an added bonus.
