why stop at missed connections?
hey hotties!
people have been loving missed connections, but there are only so many connections to be missed. i’m going to continue this experiment by expanding into more kinds of classified ads.
you can think of this email like a posting wall for the hot singles community. submit a post to find a tennis buddy, let people know about an event you’re hosting, tell a joke, start a rumor, or otherwise say what’s up. there are a couple examples below, but if you want to get more inspo, check out the community section on craigslist (don’t get too inspired though… it can get scary on there).
this is very much an experiment, so let me know what you think! you can always respond to these emails, i read everything :)

We passed by each other as we crossed Atlantic in opposite directions, made eye contact, and then looked back at one another multiple times. I took a minute because I thought I recognized you, but when I went to catch up with you, you were gone.

you were a busty brunette who looked like brandy in joe dirt. we were two up-and-coming farm hands trying to make our way in the tobacco fields of southwest virginia. we exchanged glances as the farm's old timer uncle louie chewed on a piece of barley acknowledging our connection from a distance. we all got drunk off of switchel at the weekly hoe-down and i wanted nothing more than to take you to the towns electric bull and show you a great time.
