what was your most iconic NYC moment?
I once (accidentally) kicked a rat as I was walking. But the real answer is probably one of those spontaneous stumbles through the city where you discover new food or sights or have a great conversation with a bodega person and just like a bag floating in the wind, you enjoy the small moments along the way. One night I was walking with my besties and city juice fell directly through my glasses into my eye. Even though that might have been the grossest thing that could have happened to me, immediately after, we stumbled upon an awesome pop-up art exhibit which then led us to an incredible pizza joint and lots of laughs. The city can spit on you and in the very next moment bring you immense joy.
what’s your bagel order and what does it say about you?
I love bagels so this question certainly speaks to me. My go-to is a poppy bagel toasted with bacon (or turkey bacon), egg, avocado, sometimes cheese, sometimes cream cheese. What does it say about me? I like classics with a twist, I appreciate indulgent options as much as healthy options, and balance of the flavors is exactly how I live my life in harmony. Pretty much, I like moderation with balanced moments of spontaneity and spice.
😈 what’s your toxic trait?
Indecision–don’t let that scare you away! I certainly can make a decision and stick to it, but I tend to play out multiple scenarios and outcomes. Sometimes it’s unnecessary (like when choosing what to have for dinner or which hat to buy) but other times it can come in handy! Like when deciding on a new apartment or job or when I serve as a sounding board for friends when they need to make tough decisions.

I’m endlessly curious - about interests, ideas, sex, identity, philosophies, food, experiences, you name it. Can get really heady, like reading the Ethical Slut and exploring the intersection of queerness & sex! Also can get musical and dive deep into Dolly Parton’s impact on culture & her position as one of the most relatable artists in the world.
