My work ethic. I donāt mean this strictly in the 9-5 sense, although I am proud of the work I do as a producer. I just make sure Iām constantly working towards a larger thing for myself, right now thatās a play Iāve been writing. Iām careful to be fair, positive, and considerate. I take pride in how I show up to a project and execute.
